Najeh Al Omari graduated from Aristotle University/Thessaloniki/Greece and military academy 1982-1989. He had honor degree & the first graduate scoring excellent mark. He was enrolled in the Royal Medical Services of Jordan in 1989 as first leut. Started general surgery residency program 1990-1994. He obtained the Jordan board in general surgery 1995 then enrolled in pediatric surgery fellowship 1997 which he completed and obtained the Jordan board in pediatric surgery 2000. He had higher and advanced training in Sydney-Australia 2002-2004 where he obtained the FRACS as well as pediatric urology, transplantation fellowship from CHW and university of Sydney.
He obtained:
FEBPS 2005. FRCSI 2007. FACS 2009. He was a clinical instructor at the university of Sydney and Jordan medical schools. He had visiting consultant work in Ottawa/Canada. Paris and Strasbourg 2013.
He became senior consultant and chief of pediatric surgery and urology in royal medical services 2015-2016 where he retired as Brigadier general. He served in united nations and peace keeping forces as field hospital director 2009 in Afghanistan. He introduced to pediatric surgery in Jordan the advanced laparoscopic surgery, thoracoscopic and laparoscopic urology. Major reconstruction and intersex surgery and was the pediatric surgeon in liver transplant program in Jordan-RMS. He had more than 40 publications and over 90 national and international congress participation all over the world.
